High Conversion Efficiency and LiFePo4 Battery for Maximum Flexibility

Following the successful launch of the "Rollei Energy" series with smart thermostats, Rollei is expanding its product range with four new additions. Whether in your own garden or on a camping trip – the new Power Stations and Solar Panels provide power wherever it is needed. With a high conversion efficiency of up to 22 percent, the new Solar Panel 100 and Solar Panel 200 generate green electricity. The energy is stored in the equally new Power Stations 320 or 500, which stand out with their safe and durable LiFePo4 battery.

Norderstedt, March 15, 2023. After the smart thermostats, Rollei presents further product highlights for the new "Rollei Energy" series. With the new Power Stations and Solar Panels, everyone can efficiently and independently generate green electricity. It doesn't matter whether it's for use in your own garden or on your next camping trip. The new products impress with a wide range of possible applications.

Power Station 320 and 500

The new Rollei Power Stations provide a lot of power in a small format. With a storage capacity of 322 watt-hours for the Power Station 320 and 450 watt-hours for the larger Power Station 500, these devices offer the possibility to power several devices simultaneously. They use LiFePo4 batteries (Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries), which are not only safer than conventional battery alternatives but also up to six times more durable.

The low weight of both new products, 4.8 and 6.75 kilograms respectively, and the integrated foldable handle contribute to easy transport. For maximum flexibility, the Power Stations benefit from easy charging via four different methods. If autonomous charging via solar panel is not feasible due to various weather conditions, it can also be done via a power outlet or USB-C cable. If required, this can even be done simultaneously. On the go, charging can also be done via a car cable.

Just as the product highlights offer various options for self-charging, there are numerous ports, including USB-A, USB-C, DC, and AC ports. To monitor the battery status and input/output voltage, each Power Station has a clear LCD display. Furthermore, they offer an integrated LED light with an SOS function and a range of safety features to protect against overcharging and short circuits.

Solar Panel 100 and 200

The equally new Solar Panel 100 with two and the Solar Panel 200 with four solar surfaces are assembled easily and with just a few steps. With a high charging efficiency or light yield of up to 22 percent, these portable panels impress with the motto "Plug and Play," meaning they can be easily connected to the Power Stations and immediately generate electricity. It is possible to operate multiple panels in parallel or in series with the appropriate adapters (not included in the scope of delivery).

The Solar Panels have a handle and durable fabric. For comfortable transport, the Solar Panels can be folded. A small pocket is attached to the back of each panel so that the associated cables can also be stored during transport. In addition, the new products come with foldable brackets for optimal alignment of the Solar Panels towards the sun.
