F:X Pro Filter Holder Mark III for rectangular filters

We have further developed and rethought our F:X Pro Filter Holder. The result is the F:X Pro Filter Holder Mark III – our latest generation filter holder with a magnetic circular polariser (CPL filter), a revised Easy-Lock-System, and a modular mounting rail system.

Like all our rectangular filter holders, the F:X Pro Filter Holder Mark III is made of precisely milled aircraft aluminium. To prevent reflections, it is dyed matt black. The F:X Pro Filter Holder Mark III is equipped with two spring-loaded mounting rails for a total of two rectangular filters, although you can easily add another rail to the filter holder with one hand using our separately available extension rails, allowing you to slide a total of three 100 x 100 millimetre or 100 x 150 millimetre rectangular filters (with a thickness of 2 millimetres) into the filter holder.

Revised Easy-Lock-System for quick adjustments

The revised Easy-Lock-System makes it possible to simply release and reinsert the base ring from the filter holder at the push of a button. This makes changing filters or fine-tuning the focus without filters a breeze. This gives you the flexibility that is particularly important in difficult visibility conditions or challenging locations.

Magnetic CPL filter for uncomplicated use

To ensure even more flexibility and easy handling at any location, we have equipped the CPL filter with magnets and a handle. The filter is now simply inserted into the base ring and holds securely. No more complicated screwing on and off. The CPL filter can then be easily adjusted via the rotating mount on the base ring without having to remove the rectangular filters.

Of course, this CPL filter, like all filters in our F:X Pro series, is coated with ultra-fine F:X Pro Coating. This is so fine that you will not experience any problems with image resolution, even with high-resolution cameras of 150 megapixels. This allows you to capture your subjects exactly as you see them. The reflection-free nature of our filters, which is 99.5 percent, also naturally supports you on your way to the perfect image.

Seven adapter rings for full flexibility

In addition to the CPL filter, the F:X Pro Filter Holder Mark III comes with seven aluminium adapter rings, so you can easily attach the filter holder to your existing and future lenses with screw threads without loss of compatibility. The following lens diameters can be connected to the Rollei filter holder using the adapter rings: 52, 55, 58, 62, 67, 72, 77 and 82 mm.

Filter holder, magnetic CPL filter, base ring, and the seven adapter rings fit into the also revised high-quality and stable storage bag with practical attachment options and internal register for up to ten of your rectangular filters.

In addition to Rollei rectangular filters, you can also connect 100-millimetre filters from other manufacturers.
